Document Pickup

We offer document pickup in Florida for customers needing to get their files to us for scanning. We also can ship to secure containers for you to package your files and then send to us via FedEx or UPS. If you have a large storage facility or your office needs cleaning out of file cabinets we can also arrange to bulk pickup files. We can store those files in our processing facility as we scan a little every month with the goal of ultimately converting all paper to digital.

Scanning

Trueview uses world class scanning equipment from Bell ‘n’ Howell and Kodak. These high speed scanners process thousands of pages per hour and provide the highest quality images possible. All paper sizes ranging from receipt size to ledger size are captured. All front and backs of every page are captured and only the back pages containing information are kept thus eliminating blanks. We capture all documents in 240-300 dpi depending on the customer requirements for the best quality when reproducing documents is needed.

Online Access

Our secure and easy to use web portal allows our customers to access their digital files from anywhere at anytime using any computer or smart device. After securely logging in perform a search using your favorite key fields. Once located click on your file for viewing, printing and emailing of any document or page within. No special software of plugins are required to access your files thus allowing you to use just about any operating system including Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac and even Linux.

Self Scanning with Upload

You can scan and store your paper files using our scanning software which we can provide to you. You can also save your scanned files as PDF’s to a local storage location on your network. With our online web repository you also have the option of uploading your scanned files and then access them from anywhere at anytime. It’s the best of both worlds while putting the control of your documents in your hands.
