Question: How much does your service cost?
Answer: We typically charge a flat fee for scanning your files. This fee can vary between $15 and $30 for a typical title 300 page file. Some legal files can span multiple boxes and we will usually price those on a per box fee that may vary from $90 to $150 per banker sized box. If your files are a little more unique contact us and we will provide a custom pricing plan for your project.
Question: What do we require in order to use the service?
Answer: We require no special hardware or software to begin. Simple login to your account once created and use our online tool to create a barcode label and attach to your files. Once we pickup, scan and store your digital version, you will be able to immediately login and access your files using your computer or smartphone.
Question: Can I give you my back files to scan and I can then scan everything created day forward?
Answer: YES! We will do the bulk pickup and capturing of your old files to help get them online and accessible. We will provide the scanning software necessary for you to quickly capture new files as they are created allowing you to upload them before every creating a storage problem again.
